Q: Are the accessories available for purchase separately? I am particularly looking for the pot.
A: Hi there, As a manufacturer all our products are shipped directly to the retailer and we don't stock additional parts as we have no direct sales channel to the public. After trying to locate the part through our parts vendor which is the Partstore, I’ve found that the part is currently not available for purchase. We have requested an update to see if the part will become available, but still do not have an estimated time of when it will become available as it has to be requested straight from the factory.
