Q: Can you pair these with more than one device at the same time
A: Yes you can but you can only hear music over one an except calls on the other music won't play on both at the same time
Q: Can you buy replacements for the rubber pieces that go over the part you put in your ear ?
A: Yes they come with different sizes.
Q: Will these work for video conference calls, like Zoom?
A: Sometimes it is difficult to keep a communication clearly. Never outside anybody is going to heard you.
Q: Can I use this on my kindle fire 7" & kindle fire 8"
A: These are Bluetooth so if you can pair similar wireless headphones to your device currently, yes these would work.
Q: Are these compatible with DISH Network? Easy to pair?
A: Pairs much easier than most sets I've had. Paired on a couple TVs with Dish, no big deal. These just don't have voice that announces connection but strange beeping.
Q: How do you turn the volume up and down?
A: Left side button controls up and down volumn
A: You can buy ear buds of different sizes for cheap and in bulk on line in case you lose one (lol). I almost always have to change mines out. check online for the manual on their site.
