A: Hello RobertG! Per the Installation Instructions, page 5, https://go.aws/2ZM6tFa, it stated there would need to be a 36" cutout for a 36" model. We hope this helps.
Q: Can this hood be used as an insert with a built in surrounding hood? Are controls on the bottom?
