A: No its made only for s8 but you might want to look at the one for the s8+ or the s10

A: It does fit, but it also brings the edges of the screen protector up a little bit so you lose A LOT of responsiveness on the screen. It's pretty frustrating and I frequently find myself taking the phone out of the case when I'm not out and about to use my phone easier.

A: The case does lay flat although the magnets aren't strong enough to keep it closed. It will flip open with slight force.
