LG-STUDIO upgrade!!! So nice!
LG STUDIO is the upgraded 30" wall oven. Very quick, very quiet, effective cooking, lots of options! We picked this one for the added features like convection circulation, oven proof, meat thermometer, 2-racks + 1 glide rack, quick Broil, and blue interior for more accuarate color on pastry bakes. We gained the added features of the "Knock" window, Air Fry and Sous Vide, Alexa and "ap enable cooking" (We have yet to try all them). What we love: Preheat temps are very quick! Very quiet fan! ++The AutoCook feature is actually brillant!! Just select oven to cook items and it does temp preps, tells you where to place the rack, sings when ready to pop in dish, and timing for perfectly cooked pork chops or fish! Yum! ++"Knock" Window is brillant - no need to crack the oven every time to check what you are cooking. *2 Interior LED lights for even lighting too! ++Convection cooking - Even heated circulation everything cooks at the same temp- no more cold spots, or turning dish halfway through, when baking like our 10yr old oven!!! LED Control Panel & Timer - The newest model is a flat screen touch sensitive with rolling dials featuer for setting the timers. It has multiple timers for oven as well as secondary dishes. Only negative: you can not prioritize or switch count down timer to the larger screen area. We were a bit concerend about the learnig curve for the touch panel accessing different bake modes. But scrolling dial select it is much easier on older bakers with arthritus. The overall profile and disign is clean and simple. exterior reveal is approx 3/4" for surround edging. Fits the wall cabinet (*we had to trim the cabient top by 5/16") and it matches other pre-exhisting stailess kitchen appliances. Soon we shall press on with new bake challenges for bread, pastries and confections. No more fear of half cooked pastries and baked foods. : )

Great features
The unit has a lot of nice features and the steam bake feature makes some really great bread. However the first unit we received we had to return because the temperature measured with an independent thermometer wasn't close to the oven reading. It has an adjustment you can make to the software to correct for that and we had to adjust it up by almost 30 degrees. However once it was reading correct at 350 every time if you changed it to 425 for example it would really be 475 in the oven almost 50 degrees over! The replacement unit works much better.
