Q: How long is this mouse pad?
A: Desk pad is just shy of 12" in depth and just shy of 27" in width. Keyboard and mouse sit on it, leaving a lot of room to move the mouse around.
A: I have been using it on a mahogany wooden desk and it has not affected the surface at all.
