Logitech - K400 Wireless Keyboard - White

got this keyboard over half a year ago, and its perfect for my electronics layout. i have my laptop connected by hdmi to my wall mounted flat screen television and i keep my laptop closed and tucked away in one of the slots in my tv stand. i simply plugged in the thumbnail size bluetooth adapter into one of the usb ports and it worked instantly. my laptop is now always charged and ready for use because i never have to open or move it. why not have a 65inch screen instead of a 15inch screen! works great.

The product picture shows a K400, however, when opened the box, it was actually a K400R- working ok on PC but not on my Samsung TV. and Nano Transceiver dongle is difficult to plug into USB port on TV

It has changed my life! I can't stop using it. I carry it with me everywhere and go and share it with friends and family members. I have finally found my true love!

I purchased a Samsung Ultra HD TV from Best Buy. I found out that when using it to access the internet or other areas that needed info added, the on screen input method was cumbersome. I decided to purchase a wireless keyboard to make the process a little easier. I looked at the Samsung model which seemed a little pricey for occasional use. I then looked at the Logitech K400 which was on sale and decided to take a chance, and I have been quite pleased with it. It does not have some of the dedicated function keys that the Samsung has, but I do not find this to be a problem. And the touch pad works great also. All in all I find it to be perfect for use with my smart TV. I would highly recommend it to anybody looking to purchase a wireless keyboard.

The keyboard is usable, small and has a built-in mouse pad. The weak part of this KB seems to be twofold: if you don't have direct line-of-sight or nearness between the KB and blu-tooth fob, the mouse pad is not very accurate and sometimes non-functional.

I love this keyboard. I'm using it with a computer that I have hooked up to my tv. I love that it supports gestures like two finger scroll and pinch to zoom. a twelve month battery life is awesome. I just wonder if this kind of keyboard was built just for this kind of setup. I think an IR blaster would have been an obvious addition so I wouldn't need another remote in my TV room.

Bought this in Sept 2014 and still working! Originally for PS4 -> NVDIA Shield 2017 -> Sony X850F TV -> NVDA Shield 2019 -> and now WFM minimal desk setup. Battery life = < 1 year on rechargeable AA for WFM as a media KB, you'll get 1+ years on/off. In a nutshell, great media KB - OK for WFM!

I use this with a laptop I can no longer get an OEM screen for. The screen was badly cracked and the metal frame had impossible dings. So, I disconnected the screen and use the laptop as a desktop, through a 52" TV. This is my second K400. The battery life and the range of this keyboard are remarkable. The size is big enough to be able to use like it like a standard keyboard. Durability is better than expected. The keys are not as tactile as I'd like, but I was able to adjust to it. Overall, an exceptional value.
