A: you can speaker here or there, but I do not like speaker. I do not like speaker on a house or in a box or in a tree, not with a goat, not in the dark. I do not like speaker anywhere.

Q: what wire kit is needed for this installation?
A: Depends on how you hook it up. If you are running off your head unit then just use the existing wires. If you are running of an amplifier then you need speaker wire. If you are hooking up an amplifier then you'd need power and remote wire in addition to the speaker wire. If you are unsure I'd watch some videos on youtube or get a professional to install it.

So so
Not much when it comes to bass but the sound clarity coming from these speakers is something to write home about. Would recommend to those who don't mind sacrificing bass and punch for crystal clear audio.

Amazing quality and sound
I bought kicker 6 1/2 two way speakers for the back doors in my pickup and Memphis 6 1/2 three way speakers for the front doors. The Memphis speakers sound way better than the kickers.

speakers are not 6.5 inch,woofer is 5 inches
these speakers are listed as 6.5 inch speakers, they are not, the woofer is barely 5 inches , even if you measure the plastic mounting area it still doesnt hit 6.5. Why on over 4 websites and 100 reviews not a single person has mentioned this!? Seriously , what is going on here? Its the right speaker in the box. whatever, garbage
