A: Yes both included.
Q: Why in the DVD version did they cut the Doolittle raid from the film versus the theatrical version?
A: Mine had it. Interesting decision though whether to include this in the story of Midway. There is a convincing argument that the Doolittle raid is what compelled the Japanese to move forward with the very complex Midway operation, however, so I think its appropriate to include it in the run up to the main story.
