Q: can you charge this speaker any other way then through the computer?
A: Yes, we just use the chargers provided with our iPads/iPods.

Q: Having trouble getting it to synch with phone
A: go to your blutooth enabled device, go to settings, then blutooth, then click "search for devices", then at the same time, hold down the blutooth button on the top of the speaker. one connected it will pair. then play music.
Q: Is this product water resistant?
A: The sides of the speaker will resist water, but the top and bottom are not. We would not recommend using this speaker near water.
A: From what I have read, the flashing white light could mean that there is no Bluetooth connection. It will also flash when the volume is being turned up or down. I hope that helps!
A: You would need to take the unit into Geek Squad at your local Best Buy for warranty review if you are within that timeframe.. If you have a copy of the receipt take that in with you, if not they may be able to pull up your proof of purchase in the Best Buy system.
