Q: Does this phone have a waranty?
A: Came with a note of 90 days Best Buy tech. warranty and I called Motorola-- gave them the MEID and they said 1 year from purchase Motorola warranty. Have not had to use it. Phone works great so far after 30 days.

A: The refurbished model I purchased from this listing did not have lockscreen offers and ads. I believe if it did have them it would say so in this listing.. The only place I've seen the one with ads is Amazon. It's a great phone by the way.
