RGB lights don't work, and middle shelf quality

The only light color that works is bright white and the remote doesn't work. Also the middle shelves are glass. They attached with suction cups to the shelf support and the suction cups don't attach to the glass very well. I'm wishing I had spent my $329 elsewhere.

No bolts to put it together, the lights are missing and the boards are damaged. Very poor product handling
