After 1 month of heavy use with my grandchildren, no issues regarding workmanship has arisen. Toaster works as advertised.

I have bought some very expensive toasters in my lifetime but this one, at the price point?, cannot be beat!, when it comes to value and ease of use . Would definitely recommend it and buy again!

Makes great toast!

This toaster was compact and nice looking. I love the blue LED lights on the toast/Bagel/Frozen buttons. It makes perfect toast and perfectly toasted bagels. The only possible flaw I can see is the lever to push down the toast is plastic and feels weak when I push it down. I take care to push right in the center so I can make sure it lasts for a long time. For the price... I can't complain.
