Q: Is there a guarantee of protection with this OtterBox case?
A: I just found out that otter box does have a warranty, you have to make acct - add your purchased item and if it breaks go into your acct claim replace with warranty and only pay for shipping.

Q: Is this case compatible with iPhone 12 Promax?
A: Short answer, No. The manufacturer makes a case for the 12 ProMax, and I personally recommend this case. I want to say, they have the exact one for your phone as I have the 11 ProMax and I had picked the case for the 12 by accident at first and the Best Buy Mobile employee told me I had the 12 but obviously needed the 11's case. Q: Will this work on the iPhone 11
A: My granddaughter cell is an 11 and hers fits just fine. I have an 11 Pro Max and they both fit.
Q: Does the bevel around the front screen compare to the defender?
A: I think the defender lives up to its name, I had to defend her before I got a life proof. But this at least protects your phone just not like that
