Q: Can you cut the strips if they are too long.

Q: Are these easy to hang? How do you go about doing that?
A: Yes, they come with adhesive out of the box. Be sure to clean the surface before you stick them to help the adhesive stick better. If the lights start to fall for some reason you can use something like double-sided tape. There's a really good one from gorilla glue.
A: The light strip is 78.7 inches which is a great price for for something that long.
