Why buy refurbished when new is less?
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.While I can only find refurbished ones at bestbuy.com, I bought a new one at my local store for $79.99. Now it's white, but for $20 LESS and new, I think I can do without the black outside, the inside is black. Go to your local store, it's new and cheaper. There were lesser brands at or above the same price with 2.5 hours of battery, this one is 5 hours. I bought it for my kid for a plane trip. She can go round trip on a charge.

Great for the price

The picture quality is good but you get a little cheated if the dvds can't be seen in full-screen format. I don't like that the volume control is manual and the remote has a hard time of being used if the player is set up in a travel case.
