Q: trying to decide between this one the 5200nex or the Kenmore 573s. I am not sure what all these features are like hdmi input; android auto, etc. can someone help me

A: The kennwood 573s is nice. I had it for a little while, but had to replace it twice. They think that it was because of the Garmin part of the radio. Kept shutting off and not turning back on. Was a real pain. Got to know the installers pretty well, nice guys. So I switched everything around and bought the pioneer 6200. Very nice radio. The KENWOOD was easier to make the subwoofer sound better, but the installation team made the pioneer sound like the KENWOOD did. One tip buy the warranty. The 5200 doesn't have HD radio, HDMI input, or the free traffic updates on it. I liked all of those features, especially the HD radio. So that's why I went with the 6200 instead of the 5200. The KENWOOD and pioneer are just alike though, but the pioneer is actually working, instead of being in the shop being fixed. The hdmi is nice if you want to mirror link your phone, but it requires extra adapters. If you want android auto you have to bump up to the pioneer 8200. I have apple so apple CarPlay and the 6200 was the way to go for me. Apple CarPlay is really nice. Androids will have some features like pandora and stuff, but won't be like the apple CarPlay with the maps, text, and the visualization of the phone, not sure about the music. Don't have android, but if you want android auto, which is like apple carplay, then the pioneer 8200 is the way to go. The KENWOOD doesn't have android auto either. You can get a good sale on the 8200 though, when you spend this much for a radio get what you want on it. HD radio makes the sound better, and extra stations. The traffic updates does exactly what it's called, gives you free updates on traffic while your traveling using your gps. But if android auto isn't a big thing then I would go with the pioneer 6200 and the warranty though all the way, unless the extra features of it don't matter to you then the pioneer 5200. I would stay away from the KENWOOD though. Nice radio, but like I was saying it never worked right, bunch of headaches. Hope this helped. Good luck!

Q: What is the big difference between the 8200 and the 6200. As far as I can tell it's only the screen, sd card, and android auto. Thank you!

A: There is mt much of a difference other than price in money 6200 works amazing and perfect
