  Still early have used a few times. Was great using on large pork steaks. Pretty heavy duty feeling. Will be using on the 4th for hamburgers. I bet it does great. It stated that it had a mechanism to hold it closed for storage, but mine didn't come with anything like that. I use a Velcro strap to hold it closed for easier storage.

  This tong/spatula combo is BEEFY (pun intended) they are larger and more durable feeling than I had expected. Very good quality for the price point. Only downside I could see is if you needed smaller tongs for more precision these would not be recommended.
