Looking at the ram specifications from your motherboard, you are allowed a maximum of 8gb of ram within your computer, you just have to pay attention to the fact you can only use DDR3 and non-ECC ram, which both match with this product.
A: I upgraded from 8 to 16 gbI. It worked but took several different placements of the memory in the mother board before it upgraded and recognized all of it. But it didn't buy us all the the improved performance we expected. Lots of Photoshop and Lightroom and they are better but not fast but hog memory!
