Q: QuestionCan I use this as a photostick...by plugging it into my windows 10 computer & will it acknowledge all my pictures on my computer & download the pictures from my computer to the flash drive?
Asked by JanetMe.
- A:Answer No, it’s just a mindless flash drive. It does make it easy to move files between devices. I also purchase a Photostick, very unhappy with it. It will copy over all photos on your instrument, however it puts them in on huge unmanageable file. Trying to find something is next to impossible. Good luck

Q: QuestionCan i down load all my pictures and reuse this Thumb Drive again ??
Asked by Gramps.
- A:Answer Yes you can. You will need to download the app for the drive. It was very simple and easy to follow the instructions. I used it on my iPhone 8 to save my photos videos contacts and files before my Apple repair appointment. After my phone was replaced I was able to reconnect the thumb drive and reload all my photos videos files and contacts back to my new iPhone8.

Q: QuestionCan you save text messages with this device and transfer them to your computer for easy printing?
Asked by Debi.
- A:Answer I always take screen shots of important text messages that are stored as pics on my phone. Those pics can be easily transferred to your PC but depending on your needs this format may or may not be user friendly. You can insert a series of screen shots into a Words document etc and adjust the size of the images on the document before printing. On the plus side this method preserves the exact message and cannot be easily edited so it can be useful for legal or other applications where it is important to guarantee the originality of the source. Besides printing they can be easily attached to emails etc as well. On the down side most text exchanges (if not all) have a shaded text box for one of the correspondents to easily, quickly and clearly designate who wrote what which depending on your ink budget may not be so printer friendly. I always print B&W unless color is needed for something but either way that shaded background can waste a lot of ink. The other down side is that the text from a screen shot is not quite as clear as the original text. As long as you are not enlarging the text it should not affect readability with a decent printer.

Q: QuestionWith this product can you download photos from your phone and then plug the flash drive into your TV and look at them on your TV?
Asked by Tc.
- A:Answer I haven’t tried it, but I would think so. Once photos are transferred to the device, it functions just the same as any flash drive. Just make sure your TV can read the format in which the photo is taken on your device. iPhone photos, as I found out, are .heic files and not universally recognized by other devices. Simple solution is to get the free .heic converter app which converts the photos to .jpeg files.
