Q: How many photos will a 128gb flash drive hold
A: It depends on the resolution (Mega Pixels) of the photos and the file format (e.g JPEG) used to store them. These factors determine the file size for each picture. Low resolution photos (e.g. 4 MP stored as compressed JPEG) are around 1.2 MB in size. High resolution photos (e.g. 12 MP stored in uncompressed raw format) can be 36 MB in size. So, a 128 GB drive could store 90,000 low resolution photos or 3,000 high resolution photos
Q: Why discount 32 meg flash drive?
A: In my opinion you can never have to much hdd space. A lot of the time they are discounted because they are going to get newer models in or a promo to get people in the store. I work for a retailer and those are the man reason we do that

Q: Can PNY Attache 3 128GB USB 2.0 Flash Drive be used to backup a hardrive?
A: Yes - it can backup important files from your hard drive. I wouldn't say it can backup the whole hard drive, but it can hold all your important documents, pictures, video, and music. I bought one and used it for backing up important files on my hard drive and my hard drive crashed 2 weeks later. It was easy to put the files on the new drive - really a life saver. You can also use a program from Microsoft to help setup your backup files. It is called SyncToy, is free, and you just download it.
Q: Will this work on my iPhone XR. And is is easy to use. How many pictures does it hold. Thanks
A: It won’t work connecting it directly to the phone but you can use a computer/laptop to transfer the pictures if you would like. It can hold aprox. 12000 photos
Q: Will this flash drive back up photos from an I phone?
A: Most phones do not have a full size USB port and would not be able to directly interface with this device. You would need to connect both the phone and the thumb drive to a PC to enable backing up or transferring of data between the two devices.
