A: It charges your phone if you do not have access to a computer or a wall plug in. Its like a mini self contained charger.
Q: Do you still need to purchase the cord that plugs into your phone?
A: It comes with the cord to charge up the phone. That cord can then reverse to charge up the device. The only time you need two cords is if you want to charge it and charge phone at same time.
Q: how many hours does a t2600 powerpack charger take to charge
A: Not fully charged till all lights are solid. I allow 2 to 3 hours charge time.
Q: Please explain what the button is for.
A: Ours blinks while charging. When ours has three full blue lights, it's fully charged.
Q: Can I get a full charge for my phone with this battery
A: take out your battery. On the battery it has a set of numbers look for MAH. The number before that should read something like 3000mAh. So if yours has 3000 you would divide that number by the number on your power pack external battery device for example if it says 3000 and you have 6000 mAh charging device then you can get 2 full charges off that device before you have to charge the power pack device
Q: After a PNY PowerPack is fully charged, how long will it keep "charged" without being used?
A: So far I have not charged mine in over 30 days and it still shows 3 dots on the charge
A: Yes, but I don't think the battery is fully charge.
Q: Can it be used on an I phone 5 and a 4....how?
A: Yes my son uses it for his iphone 5.
