Q: What all type of floors can u use this on
A: The mop can be used on any type of hard flooring.
Q: Can you use water only with this steam mop or do you have to purchase a solution?

A: I have the same tile and it works well! There's a feature that allows you to blow hot steam out if you have stubborn areas.
Q: does the pocket mop come in different colors
A: Not at this time
Q: Do you have to pump it several times to keep the steam coming?
A: No, when you need an extra burst of steam to clean a stuck-on stain, you can use the Steam Blaster feature. You need to flip the head over so that it is behind the mop body, then tilt the mop handle down. This will cause the the Steam Blaster to emit a concentrated blast of steam onto the stain.
Q: Can u use any cleaning products in the steamer
A: We do not advise using anything other than distilled water in your steam mop, using other cleaning products may invalidate your warranty.
