Q: Does this humidifier leave the typical “white dust” that most portable humidifiers produce?
A: If you have hard tap water and you use an ultrasonic humidifier, there is always the chance of getting white dust from the minerals as the ultrasonic disc creates such a fine mist the minerals separate from the water and settle on furniture. If this is the case for you, we recommend using distilled water or purchasing a decalcification filter to help reduce or eliminate the white dust.

A: The unit has added Silver Clean Technology to help fight against mold or mildew growth. The best way to clean the unit is with white vinegar and the provided cleaning brush.
