QuestionI bought a fitbit alta HR and lost my charger. which charger should i have for this? The one I bought recently is two prongs and does not work. The one I had before was 3 prong. Can you help me. The one I bought does not work it has 2 prongs.???

- Answer I just went to Best Buy and told one of their associates exactly which Fit bit I had, and they showed me exactly which charger I needed - and they were right on! Worked perfectly! I did make sure to have my Fit bit with me, just in case ......

QuestionI bought at Best Buy a FitBit Alta HR FB408SBKS in June 2017 and need to buy a new charger. The one they said for ALTA HR at Best Buy has only two prongs? Do you know which one I need to buy and can I return the one I bought?

- Answer The new charger I bought from Best Buy has just two prongs and it works fine and in fact I think it charges faster than the other one.
