“I bought a fitbit alta HR and lost my charger. which charger should i have for this? The one I bought recently is two prongs and does not work. The one I had before was 3 prong. Can you help me. The one I bought does not work it has 2 prongs.???”

I just went to Best Buy and told one of their associates exactly which Fit bit I had, and they showed me exactly which charger I needed - and they were right on! Worked perfectly! I did make sure to have my Fit bit with me, just in case ......
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This cable I purchased was for a the Fitbit Alta. Not for the HR version. You are correct this cable has 2 Prongs I am guessing that the 3 Prong may handle the additional Heart Rate component. I would make sure that it says for Heart Rate version.
