A few clips and 1 screw and the cage comes off.

Yes, the front grill has 4 clip downs. Un clip those and dusty or vacuum away.

Yes. There are clasp to open the blade cover which allows cleaning.

Yes. There are 6 tabs around the fan cage that pivot over so the front of the cage can be removed. I still haven't had to clean our's after several months of using it.

Yes. There are clasps on the sides which allows easy wipe down of the blades.
