- Answer I damaged the screen on my ASUS laptop and was able to purchase a new screen (screen only...) on EBAY (just search for the correct size you need along with info on the laptops product number) and was able to replace it on my own (with help from Youtube videos on how to replace screen) for WAY under the cost of a new computer. Try that route first and good luck.

QuestionI bought this laptop and wasn’t too satisfied with the battery, it will drop approximately 4-5% with me not even doing anything on it, I did notice that it is a 3cell battery and is removable, what would be an exact replacement, but Better performance?

- Answer I'd talk to a manager about granting the discount on both computers. They will price match from Best Buy and some other stores, but i believe it has to be within wither 14 or 30 days of time of purchase.

QuestionI cannot seem to run my Home Designer Suite 2017 on my current laptop. The minimum requirements for a PC:Multi-core processor, 2GB of memory (32bit) or 4GB of memory (64bit), Dedicated video card w/ 512 memory. Will this computer work well with this??

- Answer You bet it will! All i5 CPUs are multi cored. This laptop comes with a 64-bit edition of Windows and 8GB of RAM. Also, integrated hd 520 graphics will work well because it also gets to share the 8GB of RAM.

- Answer There is one 8 GB stick. To upgrade, you need to remove the 8 GB stick and replace with one 16 GB stick as there is only one slot.

- Answer As far as webcams go, this webcam is pretty good quality. I videochat my friends a lot and it's never been an issue.
