“Will they perform this installation with customer supplied parts? I bought absolutely everything I would have needed to install this on my own (Wiring kit, subwoofer, enclosure, amp) and I recently realized that I don't feel comfortable doing this install myself. Will BestBuy still do it with the parts I bought elsewhere?”

They did with me. I brought along an amp wiring kit that was a lot less expensive than what they would've used and just told them to use that. They even gave me back parts that they didn't use.
