• As long as the headphones are there that's all that matters to them in my experience. I suppose the could demand everything, but usually they don't care about the charge cords or accessories. It probably depends on the person doing the return if they want to be a stickler or not. Ive used te warranty on headphones probably 6 or 7 times without anything but the box and the headphones.

• Not sure 100% but I believe the answer is no. The coverage covers accidents but not in cases of theft or loss.
