• It's 20 1/2 inches maximum between the legs.

• Hi Dependent on the size of the TV but it is listed in the manual the distance between the legs. Most 28" TV's have a 16" space between the legs of the TV

• Distance from outside leg edge to outside edge is right about 20". Inside measurement a bit over 18"

• We have the TV hanging on the wall, but from where the "legs" should hook it it is 18". The TV itself is 25.3" from left edge to right edge. Hope this helps.
