A:AnswerHi Anna. Thanks for your great question! First, hopefully nothing goes wrong! But if something happened, we would look at replacement more than likely. In some cases, a repair is possible. I hope this helps out. If you have any specific questions, please let us know and we'd be happy to help out.
A:AnswerThank you for writing to us! Geek Squad Protection typically begins the day of purchase, which offers additional coverage to any manufacturer warranty, and often extends beyond it depending on the term limits. The full terms and conditions for your plan can be reviewed any time at www.geeksquad.com/termsconditions.
A:AnswerI bought the extra warranty on both the Roomba vaccumn and the Braava mop. Yes..... Since I purchased thru Best Buy, I went for the ease with the protection
A:AnswerIf you have Total Tech Support, this is a support plan that covers a lot of the in store services that Geek Squad provides. It will almost give you discounts on in home services. This is not a repair or replacement plan on your products.
A:AnswerYou probably already have this resolved, but yes if you take it back to the store most likely they will just give you a replacement (as has been in our case)
A:AnswerIt only replaces product one time. I used for a 3yr old Dyson, it was replaced no questions asked and I took plan out on the replacement. Worth the money due to product cost
A:AnswerShe just needs to provide the phone number used to purchase the protection plan and employees can assist searching it up, or give her the receipt
A:AnswerMine stopped charging after two months and they just replaced it on the spot with a new one. They have done that with every item I’ve purchased except for a Sony 4K Blu-ray player which would freeze in the middle of a movie and need to be re-plugged from the first week I purchased it. They were going to have to send it back to Sony for repairs even though it was in stock and I had purchased the 3 year warranty so I suppose it depends on which type of item. They did give me a tip to simply turn off the Bluetooth and the problem should disappear. They were correct. Now I just connect to WI-fi a couple of times a month to check for software updates (which can also be updated with a USB Memory Stick or flash drive.
A:AnswerHi there. Thanks for your question. If you need to swap out your vacuum, you could just bring it into the store and proceed from there. If you just purchased it and are wondering how to activate the plan, you do not need to do anything. It's activated from the time of purchase. I hope this helps. If you have any further questions, please reach out to your local Best Buy. You can find information about your local store at www.bestbuy.com/storelocator.
