QuestionHi, I purchased a whirlpool stainless steel refrigerator on March 19th, 2018. I could hear it on, but, when I open the door to see if it is getting cold, it's not. It got like 2 days already in that condition, now I notice that everything is melting.

- Answer From your original Purchase date. Not delivery date. The three years warranty adds 2 additional years onto the Whirlpool factory warranty. You have to fight with them about this or a late delivery will shorten your warranty.

QuestionSome of the eggs and vegetables were frozen in the fridge where the temperature was set at 39F. We turned off the power freeze and it did not help. Please advice.

- Answer Very simple here is how I understand the warranty to work if you purchased the appliance along with the geek squad, three-year warranty, and the problem you’re having now with it falls into that three-year warranty then all you should have to do is simply call up your local Best Buy and they should send somebody to either fix it or replace it. I don’t know if you need the receipt, but I know at the Best Buy I go to which is here in Long Island. They usually save all that information on their computer. Hope that helps!!
