• When the screen goes blank, try to bring up the TV menu. If the menu shows fine then the TV is operating fine and the issue is with the signal. If the menu does not show, try unplugging the power from the TV for at least a minute. If the issue persists, please bring the TV and receipt into Best Buy, to the Geek Squad for warranty evaluation.
