Great TV; Great price; Great service.

Best Buy's Insignia outshines the others & cost at least $20.00 less than any of the others. I think I got a great tv & a great price. I'm getting my college granddaughter one for Christmas. Thanks Best Buy for a great product.

Great TV For The Money!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pros: Price & Picture Quality Cons: TV Sits on Legs I purchased this TV for the bedroom and it's ideal for that use! I was surprised at how good the picture quality is given that it's a 720p and NOT a 1080p. Also, many other reviewers were critical of the sound but I didn't buy the TV for theatrical sound quality, I bought it for the bedroom! The TV's sound quality is fine for that purpose. I gave this TV a 5 star rating based on the $130 price that I paid. Make no mistake; the more expensive TV's have bigger screens, better sound, more features, etc., etc. But for what you pay, you can't go wrong with this TV. The one thing I don't like about the TV is that it sits on legs as opposed to a pedestal base that swivels. Given the low price, I can live with that. I've only had the TV about 4 weeks so there's no way for me to know how well the TV will perform (and last) over the long run.

- A:Answer When the screen goes blank, try to bring up the TV menu. If the menu shows fine then the TV is operating fine and the issue is with the signal. If the menu does not show, try unplugging the power from the TV for at least a minute. If the issue persists, please bring the TV and receipt into Best Buy, to the Geek Squad for warranty evaluation.

Q: Questioncan i get digital channels on the insignia 32 inch tvon my last tv the auto channel scan did not pick up any digital channels i.e. 6.2, 18.2, 49.3 etc. The instruction book said to enter channel then press - button and then sub cannel but I could not get any channels . We should be able to with our cable provider

Q: QuestionDoes this TV upscale to 1080p like the other Insignia at the same price point?I noticed in the reviews of the other Insignia 32" at the same price (NS-32D312NA15) it upscales to 1080p from a 1080p source. A picture of it is also including in one review. Does anyone that bought this TV know if this TV (NS-32D220NA16) does?

- A:Answer Both of those models or TV are only capable of displaying up to 720 resolution. The hardware on the TV will not allow it to display anything higher. Also the resolution displayed is completely reliant on what resolution signal the TV receives.
