• I have no idea The review is incorrect as I was complaining about a Westinghouse TV which I brought back and purchased an insignia which is great.

• Yes this will. The audio out port on this TV is a 3.5mm audio out port located on the side. If your Turtle Beach headphones use the red/white for audio, all you will need to do is get an adapter to adapt from the red/white to the 3.5mm headphone connection.
