- Answer Wait 12-36hrs for the dog to release the parts he ate and put the remote back together. Other option is to pick up a cheap universal remote which is probably a better idea.

- Answer Nope. You can get a number of devices ranging from a fire stick to a micro sized computer to do that though. You will have to be at least a little tech savy for some options, like the fire stick.
