A:Answer The mop function is worthless. I just returned ours after using for 29 days.. The mops literally is not worth your time. However The device works quite well esp. with its sensors, but the price cant be justified. If you do go with this brand wait for the next revision the s10. It has a lidar sensor that last longer and is shorter than this model to go under couches and such. You really need to clean the thing out every so often as the dustbin doesn't notify you if its full. Took about 1-1.5 passes in my main floors for the bin to fill. The lidar on this model slowly degrades as well. so even though it is a really great vacuum esp. for hard floors and rugs and getting around, it may not be worth your money.
