A:AnswerThe funny thing about the specs is that the TV itself on live regular cable will be displayed at 720p but if you plug in something with more pixels it will automatically convert to whatever you have plugged in I have my Xbox one plugged into mine via HDMI and the visual graphics are outrageously insane everything is Crystal clear and I can switch between 1080p and 1080i which I don't know what the i means but it's the same both ways it's more clear than any tv I've had even the curve tv I had last year and when I play my call of duty games the characters actually look real like there real people definitely would recommend this tv to anyone who wants a clear picture
A:AnswerIt sounds to me like you have a defective product. If you can send it back for an exchange or refund I suggest you do so. My television does not do that. If it did I would be packing it up and shipping it back. You deserve an item that works properly.
