A:Answer You don't need to "disconnect" the Roku from the TV, not necessary. Search in the settings, you can instead of when the TV first powers on, go to the Home screen to select the "input" (Cable TV) or whatever - you can change it in the settings, to: start TV from last input, so when the TV first powers on, its automatically on the Cable TV.
