A:AnswerYes it plays 4K movies and it takes the viewing to a whole new level of enjoyment at least for me. I'm sure you probably have a 4K TV as well to go along with it, as for me I am very pleased I made this purchase. I hope this help in your decision making process :-)
A:AnswerNo because the system does not have an HDMI input. You can however connect the ROKU to your TV and then output the sound from the TV to the home theater.
A:AnswerYes, the BluRay is the receiver and the speakers are ready to mount, we just had to provide our own brackets and hardware to mount them. It's a good sounding system.
A:AnswerYou connect the speakers to the blue ray, there are separate color coded cables for each speaker. You then have to buy two more cables, an optical cable that goes from the blue ray to the tv for the picture to work when you watch a movie and an HDMI cable that will connect from the blue ray to the HDMI (ARC) on the back of the tv so the sound will work through the speakers when you watch a movie. Depending on the tv you have you may need a component (RCA) cable to connect the blue ray to the tv instead of the optical cable and HDMI cable.
A:AnswerI had a similar problem and found that I had attached the speaker wire incorrectly. I found that I had wired into the + and - too far and was clamp down on the insulation and not on the bare wire in order to make contact. Run a speaker check and the speaker will not show as connected if not wired correctly. Double check your wire connections and run the speaker check again and I think you will find your problem solved.
A:AnswerYes it will use 110 to 240 volts according to the manual and other information I found on this particular model, but it may have the voltage parameters on the back or the side of the device like AC ~ 110 volts 60Hz 110 w. I got that off my old home theater system.
