“Is the actual width from outside to outside of the screen frame or is it inside to inside of the screen frame? I have very limited space to put into cabinet. Thanks.”

Total numbers are 41 1/2 inches corner to corner, just shy of 36 inches side to side and 21 1/4 inches up and down for the measurements which all include the screen edge. The specifications on the item also include measurements with the stand pieces installed.

The picture fills most of the screen, it very large! I bought this for my parents so I'm giving you the width by memory but it was exact to the specification. My parents love the tv!
