“High volume when turned on Every time tv is turned on its at high volume. I have to go into settings and click on reset to factory specs. Any solution?”

• The volume gets pretty loud when turned all the way up, but if you really want to bump jams from it I'd suggest a sound bar or speakers.

• I recommend using an outside source for sound. I use a soundbar wtih the optical audio output from the tv

• The TV will turn onto the volume that it was last on. Before you turn the TV off, be sure to lower the volume so it is not too high when next turning it on.
