Nope it doesnt have that feature.

Switching between apps and channels you wind up stabbing the volume button - usually down. The "audio" effect" is just things like preset "voice," "news," "movie," settings. But you can do "custom" setting if you want to set it up for a particular show or something, or, if you just don't like their presets...
