A:AnswerI have bought 15-20 Geek Squad Protection Plans. Nobody has ever told me that. And I've never received (nor expected) anything back.
That's kinda the point of insurance, isn't it?
A:AnswerIf you purchased a Geek Squad warranty you can call Best Buy and ask to speak to a team member from the Geek Squad. They will help you resolve the issue as easily and quickly as possible.
A:AnswerI believe so because it is still under warranty. I will suggest you reach out to Best Buy first if it’s something they want to handle and if not they will help you reach out to LG.
A:AnswerI don’t believe they will tell you your coverage is canceled, you have the coverage for 5 years, in the case you mentioned, they will replace the TV for you if they can’t fix it. And that’s the essence of the protection in the first place.
A:AnswerI believe you can, but it has to be removed within a certain amount of time after it's purchase. Your best bet is to ask Best Buy that question.
A:AnswerNo....the calibration is more of an adjustment than a repair.....check for online tutorial or manufacturer might be of assistance.....maybe....wish u luck.
A:AnswerProbably not. They don't seem to cover any accidental damage for the TVs. Very shady business practice as they do cover that sort of thing for many other products (I've had an XBOX replaced with the protection plan before).
A:AnswerNo, the 1 year manufacturer warranty only covers manufacture defects. The protection plan covers pretty much everything EXCEPT accidental damage. If you had it installed by geek squad you can file a claim and have it repaired, however if you did the install outside of geek squad it is not covered.
A:AnswerIf you are just wanting to get them to come out and set up the tv for you I believe it is $150 and if you want it mounted it is $200 plus you have to buy the mount. The protection plan does not include setting up your tv.
