“I bought the installation package for a 65" TV, DVD & sound system to replace a very old TV. Will the installers have the necessary new cables with them that I can buy or do I have to come to the store and buy cables myself prior to installation?”

For the cables, I'd recommend heading into the store to get the cables ahead of time as there will be more of a selection there.
