A:AnswerYes. I have had several installs in my "new" home and was able to select the date. You can do that on-line in your BestBuy account or you can call. I have made adjustments using the on=line feature and it has always worked.
A:AnswerI was replacing a TV that was already mounted on the wall. They removed the bracket from my old TV and installed it on the new TV then mounted it on the wall bracket that was previously installed on the wall.
I already had the through wall cable kit that hides the TV connections behind the wall as well.
A:AnswerYes, they will take off your old TV and amount as part of the installation. I just let them into my house with the old TV as is on the wall. I'm not too sure about the wall concealment kit. They ran a couple of cables through my existing kit but I'm not sure if they would be willing to install a new one.
