You have to go to Advanced Settings under the Internet Management tab and select "YES" for "Allow user to access websites that are not in the Saved Websites list". My 80 year old Dad surfs all over the net. He loves his G-Pad!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.In my few hours with my Mom setting it up, I believe the answer is no to surfing the net. I think for the purposes of security, it limits true surfing with the Apps that are set up on the GrandPad. We are having a hard time with my 83 year old Mom just turning the thing on and checking for texts or pictures, or emails, let alone calling her for a face time phone call. It's not what she is used to going and checking for updates or information like our generation is so inclined to do.
