“insignia model ns p08w7100 -c my microphone does not work- in device manager it says device not installed. when i record videos on my camera there is no sound. when i try to make a phone call on google,they cannot hear me. please help”

Driver for microphone is missing or hardware is damaged. Install driver from insignia support site. Or call the tech support if the driver doesn't work. If this happened after a windows update then good luck figuring out
