• All Acer laptops and Chromebooks include an AC adapter and power cord. This is not a Windows laptop, this is a Chromebook that runs the Chrome operating system. • The Acer laptop I ordered and you are considering comes with a battery charger. But this is a ChromeOS Chromeboook. Therefore, this laptop does not come with Windows.

• Yes it has a power supply and it comes with Google chrome not windows. It does the job for me.
